18 inch Bon Voyage Foil balloon inflated with helium. Supplied with a coloured ribbon of your choice, a balloon daisy and a standard weight. In cold air the helium balloon will deflate slightly although exposure to warm air will revive it. Excessive heat may cause the balloon to burst. Manufactured in the UK.
