Non balloon products

Any item returned within 14 days of purchase in an unopened saleable condition will be refunded using the same payment method.

Items not required for a function returned within 48 hours after the function will be refunded less 10% admin fee.

Balloon Decor

Balloon décor including all air and/or balloon gas  filled

More than 7 days before 100% (Unless product is a special order where a 10% admin fee is charged) refund less any products already in customer possession. Any personalised products that have already been created or special ordered in are non refundable.

Balloon orders cancelled within 48 hours refund less 10% admin fee (Minimum £5) Severe   Weather, illness or exceptional conditions refund at discretion of manager.

Cancelled on the day after 9am and after balloons inflated no refund of balloons already inflated

Orders already inflated and cancelled due to medical grounds at discretion of manager

Personalised Products

Mugs, printed balloons, Photos on banners or balloons.  No refund

Posted items

Items posted via royal mail or courier that Royal Mail or Courier have attempted to deliver will be refunded less outward postage paid.  Items that were not wanted will be refunded less postage.  Return postage is buyers responsibility.
