18″ Happy 60th Birthday Blue Foil

18″ Happy 60th Birthday Blue foil balloon inflated with helium. Supplied with a coloured ribbon of your choice, a balloon daisy and a standard weight. They are blue with scattered stars and silvery writing so are sure to be popular.

In cold air the helium balloon will deflate slightly although exposure to warm air will revive it. Excessive heat may cause the balloon to burst.
