18″ Radiant Birthday 90 Foil Balloon

18″ Radiant Birthday 90 foil balloon inflated with helium. Supplied with a coloured ribbon of your choice, a balloon daisy and a standard weight.

In cold air the helium balloon will deflate slightly although exposure to warm air will revive it. Excessive heat may cause the balloon to burst.
